Since it is called untitled, I am giving it the unique draft kind of look, since it is a draft kind of a poem, here in I am pouring out nonsense yet meaningful thoughts of a child inside his own room at night, after his mama has tucked him in bed.
we thought
we could call it
something at least,
give it some name,
about what could it be...
It had six legs instead
of two
like you and me have,
it had nine hands
four sets of teeth
and three eyes
without eyelids
no eyebrows even.
grotesque Caliban
but no scales like
fish,
but somewhat python like...
Medusa, no way,
its a shadow of a
ragged doll
In a dark room.

yes! love the child's view.
Python like? Like Monty?
Eh? Eh? Know what I mean? Nudge-nudge, grin-grin, wink-wink, say no more!
interesting!:)
Cleverly written!
I saw more scarey/crazy things in the dark or shadows as a kid then any other time. Great job
Ah, yes, the elusive haunting of a shadow. I have had this happen recently, lol
Oh yes, reminds me of waking up in the middle of the night when I was little. Imaginative and well done!
Erm.., sounds a bit like me - have we met?
Seriously though - wonderfully done!

Interesting take on untitled. I like your description of a creature that you couldn't name. It seems to go well along with the prompt. Clever idea.
untitled gives your room for creativity,
well done.
