Cynically Tender

How much it takes
To drop some hint
Down the brim
Of your luscious lips-
Into the painfully
Rational being called life?
Nothing-
It takes only a touch,
So tender,
So vile…
To robe
Me of
Cynical insanity.

The way you use the word "cynically" brings a different vibe on this poem. Is this about love: that sometimes restrains us from reality?

Cool. :)
