a drop of sun

A drop of sun
Running down the sky
Blazing past the clouds
Fading away the wrinkles of age

A drop of sun hanging on the leave top
What is holding it back
From tumbling down
And hitting
The perched surface of the earth.
The ground is rumbling from within
A drop of sun can caress its pain
A drop is about to fall
But when and when
Will it reach the earth
When will the glory slip
Into the caverns of buried past.

I don't know why but it feels like some deja vu when i read your poems....!

You have a way of making people feel so eased...
